Fluorchent Fayad pigment dispersion series is available for wide application in various fields of textile printing such as roll printing automatic screen printing . hand screen printing and other processes .
the very fine practical size of Fluorchem Fayad Fluorescent pigment makes it possible to use fluorescent pigment powders directly for printing . fluorescent pigment concentration should be high as soncentration and higher film weight the light fastnes will be 4 on blue wool scale and if a good binder is used the washing and soap fastness will be very good all fluorescent pigments from our range are recommended for textile printing .

emulsifier ・(noigen emalsifere 100% 0.2 parts

fluorescent pigments powder slowly added to the emulsion under s tirring and after complete addition the final stirring is done for 5 minutes to a chive homogeneity of the paste care should be taken that no heating takes place stirring and longer stirring should be avoided recommended procedure for padding

after padding the cloth is pro-derided and then cured the removal of esily relesable practical and sodium alginate from the printed cloth surface imporoves its resistance to washing by 0.5-1 grade for this purpose it is preferable
